Yavuz Özcan graduated from Beşiktaş Anatolian High School. After that, he started his education life with ITU Faculty of Aeronautics and Astronautics, then dropped out of the faculty and studied Kocaeli University Faculty of Dentistry. Yavuz Özcan graduated from Kocaeli University Faculty of Dentistry and worked as an assistant in various clinics in İstanbul during his student years. After graduation, he continued his treatments in Medicana Dental Hospitals group and Dentistanbul Dental Hospitals. At the same time, he was the head of the Dental Department of the Academy Medical Center and continued his treatments successfully.
In 2018, Yavuz Özcan opened his boutique practice on the coast of Balat district of İstanbul, which is famous for its historical texture. Yavuz Özcan is also interested in aesthetics of dentistry and he is interested in laminate veneer, botox and dermal filling. With the software system Arduino that he met in the years of ITU, he is working on the Design of Smile that integrates the Arduino system with CAD-CAM devices used today.
Yavuz Özcan, who has been interested in volleyball in high school and university, regularly participates in amateur and semi-professional beach volleyball tournaments. He is a member of Aesthetic Dentistry Academy Association and Besiktas Anatolian High School Alumni Association.
