My life as Ali Esengül is perhaps an example: An example that most people know what kind of life they can be happy and successful. and by perseverance in this direction, I am a person who has finally achieved my goals. Here's the story you will read is the story of how I insist on going the way I know and succeed.
Although I currently live and work in elite districts of Istanbul , I was born in the Refahiye district of Erzincan on the first day of October 1967 . I completed primary school in Bostancı Atatürk Primary School .
The first five years I was very successful at school; But when I moved to middle school, it was as if a brand new era started. Holidays used to be boring and inefficient for me since I like to work more than structurally empty leisure. On the other hand, as my age grew and my personality sat, my tendency to mechanics and my love appeared. So I decided to work as soon as I finished primary school. The job I chose had to be a job that I loved and could make money with. So I saw that the auto repair industry is suitable for me. After making a decision, I soon found a job at Bostancı Auto Industry Site and started working.
Now I was spending time with a job I loved so much, and I was making money in return for the effort I made. This was a unique situation for me; it was an irreplaceable environment. In a very short time, I started to enjoy the business life from good to good. However, as the attractiveness of business life increased, school life was beginning to come to my eyes and inefficient. As such, I started to “hang up” the school… and naturally I stayed in the classroom!
My father stepped in immediately. My whole family knew better than me what would be good for me. But then why was I being happy and successful at work, not at school? As a result, all of my father's efforts to go to school have been wasted, and I think he accepted that it would be beneficial for me to separate me from the way I drew. So I left the school by making a decision I knew was too risky. Now I was alone on the path I chose; I had to show that I was right around me, not to make my family trusting me unhappy… the way was successful.
I immediately contacted a service in Bostancı Industrial Estate and got hired. I was once again in the environment I love. Now I have survived the difficult part of the job; from now on I just had to work. So I was hung up to work with all my strength, and I quickly became a journeyman at my job. I was loved by my circle ... I loved my job ... I was successful. My skill and diligence drew so much attention that the day has come, I found myself at the point of opening a joint shop with my master! Thus, in 1985 we opened a shop in Bodrum with my master.
However, this was a wrong decision. As people used to a metropole like Istanbul, it was very difficult for us to adapt to a seasonal place. In essence of the word, we were able to withstand the Bodrum environment for only 3.5 months and returned to Istanbul and started looking for a new shop for ourselves. Here, the shop I own and serve with pleasure found in that period.
When a person works in his own business, he realizes that only hard work is not enough to be successful. Although we tried to repair the motorcycles in the shop we just opened, we could neither find the parts nor do our work "perfectly". We worked until 1987 with great difficulties and sacrifices. When I “solidified” the shop, I went to the military in the 10th month of 87 and returned successfully after successfully completing my national mission. I was at work once again.
In 1990, when my master handed over the shop to me, I started to shift the business to motorcycle and I realized that I made the right decision in a short time. My customers were growing rapidly, and my name was growing more and more. Encouraged by these developments, I bought authorized services, especially Honda. Since we value training on the subject I selected, we improved ourselves by participating in the training of all companies.
Today, I think I am the owner of a shop where bikers come and consult safely and can leave their engines easily. If my situation is a success, as well as my effort to manage my service “properly” in this success, my colleagues also have labor and support. From time to time past, when reckoning can say clearly it is that I do not ever regret leaving secondary education ... but because I am a person who now will be successful and happy in my environment. I was lucky that I was able to see this fact in the first place; I was able to convince my family that I was not mistaken; and most importantly, I was able to hug the road I chose without getting tired and without difficulty.
In summary, with my family's understanding, my determination and determination has enabled Ali Usta to become a motorcycle community. I thank once again to everyone who trusted them and me.
